For people whose business is their own name

Every client remembers you.

A mukhtiar is the one you authorise to act on your behalf. This one carries your whole book — who needs you, what to say, and where your name shows up — and never sends a word without your say-so.

Everything in one place

Nine jobs you do by hand, done properly in one app.

Not a suite you have to configure. A short list of habits, each one already set up on the day you paste your book in.

Why this exists

You know all hundred. The book can't tell you which one needs you today.

You already do the remembering — page by page, every week. Whose premium is due, whose birthday it is, who has gone quiet. It has worked for thirty years. It also costs you an evening, and it only knows what you had time to write down.

What paper cannot do is be in two places. A client's nephew goes looking for cover at eleven at night, on his phone — a book in your drawer was never going to be there. That is not a gap in you. It is a gap in the paper.

A mukhtiar is the clerk you authorise to act for you — not a replacement. That is exactly what this is. It does the remembering, the writing and the chasing. Every decision, and every word that goes out, stays yours.

What you are carrying

All of it is in your head, and none of it is written down.

Whose premium falls this month. Who you promised to call back. Whose daughter turns eighteen. Which client sent you the last three. You hold a hundred of these at once, and the only backup is a diary and a good memory.

Mukhtiar takes the remembering off you, so the judgement can stay with you.

How it works

Remember. Reach. Grow.

Three habits that feed each other. The client you wished on her birthday is the client who sends you her brother. The reel you posted is written from the same facts as the reminder.

Remember

Your whole book, in your pocket.

Every client, what they hold with you, when you last spoke, whose birthday is coming, and who introduced them. Paste your diary in once. After that, a line after each call is all it ever asks for.

  • A name and a number is enough to add someone
  • A timeline for each client, not a form to fill
  • Speak the note in Marathi and it writes itself down
  • Photograph a policy schedule and the fields fill in

Voice notes work in eight Indian languages, including the way people actually speak, with English words mixed in.

Remind

Three things to do, before your first chai.

Whose premium is due, whose hearing is listed tomorrow, whose birthday it is, and who has not heard from you in sixty days. Sorted by what matters today, each with one button, and the message already written underneath it.

  • Ten minutes in the morning clears the day
  • Every card carries the real amount and the real date
  • Mark it done and it leaves the list
  • Nothing is ever sent without your tap
Three things to do, before your first chai.

Reach

A hundred people, each one by name.

Diwali wishes to everyone. Reminders to everyone whose premium falls this month. A quiet check-in to everyone who has gone silent. Mukhtiar shows you one person at a time with their own message ready, and moves to the next when you come back.

  • Audiences that keep themselves up to date
  • Templates written for your profession, not for a startup
  • About five seconds per person, from your own number
  • Every send lands on that client's timeline

Grow

Say something this week. It writes it for you.

Give it a topic and it gives you the hook, the four things to say to camera, the caption and the hashtags, in your name and from your city. Plan a month on a calendar so you are never staring at a blank screen on a Sunday night.

  • Reels, posts, carousels and WhatsApp status
  • A one-page website at mukhtiar.app/your-name
  • Ask your book a question in plain words
  • Ideas suggested for your profession and your town

Under the hood

This is what remembering actually looks like.

Not a spreadsheet with more columns. Every call, every promise, every quiet detail, held together and handed back to you exactly when it matters.

The part your clients actually see

Their name on the card. Spelled right, every time.

On Indian WhatsApp, people forward pictures, not paragraphs. So Mukhtiar makes you a proper card — Diwali, Eid, Pongal, a birthday, a thank-you for a referral — with your photo and number at the bottom like a letterhead.

The artwork is designed once, by hand. Only the name is set on top. That is why it never comes out misspelled, and never looks machine-made.

Included on every paid plan. No charge per card, ever.

Thirty years of this is why they stay. The card is the version that scales to a hundred people without pretending to be the doorstep.

Where your clients already are

No new app for them to install.

Your client does not download anything, does not sign in and never sees a platform. The message arrives in the same WhatsApp thread it always has, from the same number they have saved under your name for years.

Email, Instagram and LinkedIn are there too, for the posts and the page. WhatsApp is where the relationship lives.

Straight talk

How the WhatsApp part really works.

No approvals to wait for, no charge per message, and no robot talking to your clients in your name. Mukhtiar does the typing. You do the sending. That is the whole arrangement, and it is why your clients will never know there is software involved.

Acts for you. Never without you.

  1. 1

    It writes the message

With the client's name, their policy or matter, the amount and the date. From a template, which is free, or written fresh.

  2. 2

    Your WhatsApp opens

The right chat, the message already in the box. Your number, your account, your chat history.

  3. 3

    You press send

Come back and their timeline is already updated. The next person is waiting.

Who it's for

If your clients call you by your name, this was built for you.

The same five tabs every time. Only the words change to match your work: policies or matters, premiums or hearings, patients or buyers. An advocate sees hearing dates where an agent sees premiums, and neither has to learn anything the other did.

A Tuesday

Under ten minutes, and the day is handled.

This is Rajesh. A hundred and twelve clients in Pune, thirty years in, no assistant, and a diary he has carried since before most of his clients were born.

    The agenda

Two birthdays, one premium overdue, one client who has gone quiet. Four cards, four buttons.

  2. 8:04

    Two wishes sent

Tap, WhatsApp opens with the wish written, press send. Twice. Both timelines update themselves.

  3. 11:30

He holds the microphone and says it in Marathi. The note files itself and the follow-up is set for after Diwali.

  4. 16:00

    This week's reel

A topic in, a script out. Hook, four beats, caption. Recorded on the phone in one take, between appointments.

  5. 18:30

    October's reminders

One broadcast to everyone whose premium falls this month. Eleven people, ninety seconds, from his own number.

What we promise

Your name, and your book, stay yours.

  • Your book is yours

Client data lives on servers in India. We never message your clients ourselves, and we never sell anything to anyone.

  • Leave whenever you like

One button exports every client, policy, note and date as an Excel file. No hostage-taking, no retention call.

  • Nothing goes out alone

Every message waits for your tap. The name on it is yours, so the decision stays yours too.

Pricing

What you pay, and what you get for it.

No trial that quietly turns into a bill. No export button that asks for money on the way out. Every limit is printed here, and the app tells you before you reach one.

Questions

Before you start.

Anything we have not answered here, ask on WhatsApp. A person replies, usually the person who built it.

Does it send WhatsApp messages on its own?
No, and that is deliberate. Mukhtiar opens WhatsApp on your phone with the message already written and the right person selected. You read it, change anything you like, and press send. It goes from your own number, so replies land in your normal chats and your client never sees a platform. Scheduled sending through the official WhatsApp Business API is on the roadmap for people who want it, and it will still be something you switch on yourself.
Do I need to be good with apps to use it?
No. It was built alongside working agents who keep their book on paper, and it is shaped around how they already work. Five tabs, one thing per screen, nothing buried in a menu. Where most apps make you type, this one lets you speak or point a camera instead. If you use WhatsApp, you already know how this works.
Is this a CRM?
It keeps your clients, so in that sense yes. But a CRM is built for a sales team working a pipeline, and it expects somebody to configure it first. This is built for one person whose business is their own name. It cares about birthdays, about who introduced whom, and about whether you have been quiet for too long. There are no pipeline stages and there is nothing to set up.
What is an AI draft, and why are they counted?
Birthday wishes, premium reminders, hearing updates and check-ins are templates filled in with your client's real details. Those are free and unlimited, because they cost us nothing. An AI draft is when you ask for something new, like a reel script or a message in your own words. Each of those costs us a little, and counting them is how Pro stays at ₹299 instead of ₹1,200. The button tells you how many you have left before you tap it, so you will never hit a paywall halfway through a job.
I already use a policy tracker or case-management software.
Keep it. Export your clients to a spreadsheet and paste them in. Those tools stop at dates and reminders. Mukhtiar is the layer on top: the relationship, the follow-up, the referral, and how you look to the people who have not met you yet.
Which languages does it work in?
The app itself is in English today. Messages and voice notes work in Hindi, Marathi, Gujarati, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Bengali and Punjabi, including the way people actually speak, with English words mixed in. Voice notes can come back in Roman script if that is easier to read than Devanagari.
Where does my client data live?
On servers in India. We do not sell it, we do not use it to contact your clients, and you can export all of it as an Excel file in one tap on any day, including the day you decide to leave.
I'm a chartered accountant, a doctor, a property broker. When do I get this?
Insurance agents and advocates are live because they asked first. The professions above are next, and each one takes about a week, because the app was built to change its own vocabulary rather than be rebuilt from scratch. Tell us which one you are and we will move it up the list.

Paste your diary in tonight. Wake up to three things to do.

Fifteen minutes to set up. Free for your first twenty-five clients, and nothing to cancel if it turns out not to be for you.
